Today is your Birthday… Well Tomorrow is.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GINGY.. tomorrow. August 3rd, 1989 is your birthday.

Real quick disclaimer: You did a post for me, for my birthday. SO obviously, I’m going to do a post for you. But I didn’t want it to be exactly like your, though there are some similarities. KayAnna is older is the post Heather did for me. So here are some things…

Your birthday was a Thursday, the 215th day of the year. You are now 28 years old and 10,225 days have passed since you were born. About 396,000 people were born on the same day as you. I wonder how many are still alive… too dark, too dark, this is a birthday post. Anyways.. you’ve got 37 years until you reach retirement age.

The only two things that interested me that happened on the day you were born were;

-The 22nd San Diego Comic-Con International opens at Omni Hotel.

-Lawrence Delisle drives his 4 kids into Detroit river.

Yup, believe it or not the only interesting things. Though the second one is incredibly tragic. “Lawrence J. DeLisle of Lincoln Park drove his speeding Ford LTD station wagon down a dead-end street in Wyandotte, catapulting the car into the deep, dark water of the Detroit River.” With his 4 kids and wife inside the vehicle, though him and his wife got out and survived. Maybe your birthday kind of sucks bro.

Let’s try August 3rd throughout history.

-In 1527, the first known letter from North America was sent by John Rut while at St. John’s, Newfoundland.

Cool but still kind of boring.

-In 1946 Santa Claus Land, the world’s first themed amusement park opens in Santa Claus, Indiana.

Cooler.

Did you know 1989’s calendar is the exact same as 2017’s? How crazy is it that we’re living the exact same days and dates as the year you were born? I mean, not the exact same. There are some pretty big differences between 1989 and 2017.

Look at these commercials that were played the day you were born. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ble4YNNv9nI They range from yikes to no thanks.

ALSO, the number 1 hit song the day you were born is…. Batdance by Prince. Oh yes. Oh and by the way, I think I’ve told Heather but I’ll tell you guys as well. So to help me remeber the birth year someone was born I remember a celebrity so I can just google it. Heather’s celebrity is Taylor Swift. Beleive it or not, she was assigned Taylor before the album, tour and attempted trade mark. I have a video of Heather basically being Taylor Swift, but I won’t just post it… Though here is Taylor’s version: 150446-taylor-swift-is-sick-of-your-s-hxfa.gif

Overall your actual birthday isn’t that interesting so I guess it’s a good thing you are, haha! So, let’s start with your name.

Heather means, “A flowering evergreen plant that thrives on peaty barren lands as in Scotland.” An evergreen plant huh? It’s kind of ironic that you live in the ‘evergreen state.’ Also, that Scottish people are stereotypically gingers and guess what you are?

Speaking of, here is some facts about gingers. Now it’s common knowledge that you don’t have souls.  Well too bad it’s not actually true or proven. Nope, no science behind the claim… for now. Actual facts about gingers;

-Red heads are mutants. No really, you’re a mutant. Like most human features there is gene that is in charge of red hair, MC1R gene. It’s a recessive gene and one single mutation in it it’s the cause for your red hair.

-The combination of red hair and blue eyes is extremely rare, with brown eyes is the most common. Such a commoner.

-Ginger’s hair doesn’t turn gray. The natural pigment holds longer, and when it does fade, its fades white not gray. You with white hair? Interesting.

-Due to your lower amount of melanin, you need less vitamin D than others. I guess there is a direct correlation with being pale and being ginger.

Okay, enough ginger facts.

Hmm… I believe you were born in Arizona, but Arizona sucks so that’s out. Your favorite movie is the Lion King, but come on, that could get its own post. OH I know!!

Here are some my favorite memories of Heather, well the ones that come to mind.

Honestly there are a whole bunch of little memories with Heather, ones that might not even be specific. Like going to the stream back in Wickenburg, or going to Meagan’s snack shack before they closed their store. Heather getting Keylee and I to watch The Office. Which by the way I just finished watching from the first to last episode for the 5th time, this does not include the times I’ve just watched certain episodes anyway. Heather you have created a monster. There was one time when we were in Wickenburg we went to the park late at night with glow sticks, or when we went to the Post Office with a lizard on Notch’s head(I can’t remember Notch’s real name right now, but he’s an old friend of Gingy’s). Never really had any good memories with Heather and her boyfriends until Deacon. Good job Deacon, I don’t hate you. The more I think about it, I don’t know if I have a particular favorite memory with Heather, but I who knows I’m spending the weekend with her, maybe the best memory is yet to come.

So in short. I love you Gingy, Happy Birthday! I hope you like your present. (This is not your present, your present is way cooler.)unnamed.png
